A reservation is considered confirmed only once written confirmation has been sent via email.
Each reservation is subject to a cancellation policy. Failure to check in on the confirmed arrival date will result in charges as outlined in the applicable cancellation policy.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations without notice in cases of:
- invalid payment details,
- suspected fraud,
